Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. Since we are currently located in Italy. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way!

All NUSA Pets products are custom printed and fulfilled through our production partner. Because each item is made just for you, please allow extra time for production before shipping begins.
